Frequently Asked Questions
It is NOT an allergy free kitchen. If you have severe allergies, do not order from here. Even if the allergen isn’t listed in the ingredients, there’s always a risk of trace amounts in every ingredient. Please find an allergy free bakery for your safety.
Yes I do! While it isn’t a vegan kitchen, many of the items I offer are available as vegan, using a few substitutions. All vegan items are made without animal products or animal by-products, including honey. You can find all things vegan at the top menu under Sweet Shop.
Everything here is best when it’s fresh! I recommend eating your treats within 2-3 days. Transfer them to an airtight container for the best results.
Absolutely! Seal them in airtight freezer bags or containers and they’ll keep for 3 months. Take them out to thaw and enjoy!
You aren’t necessarily out of luck! Shipping isn’t currently being offered, but may be in the future. Order pick-up is in Burnsville, while delivery is available in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Lakeville, Eagan, Rosemount, and Savage for a small fee. If you are just outside of this area, you can choose delivery to one of these cities and meet there for a pick-up. Message me if you have any questions!
Terms Of Service
1. Payment Due
You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required upfront – this allows me to source your quality ingredients, spectacular sprinkles, and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pickup/delivery date too!
2. No Show = No Treats
Your confections are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed-upon pickup/delivery time, forfeits your order. No refund will be given as I’ve already purchased your ingredients and spent my time creating your treats. Don’t worry though, your order will be donated to a local shelter. If you need to reschedule your pickup/delivery, please reach out 24 hours prior to your designated time.
3. Refunds
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time I cannot offer refunds as your ingredients and packaging have likely already been purchased. But the good news – you get some delicious treats!
4. Pickup/Delivery
Orders can be picked up in Burnsville. Delivery is available in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville, Rosemount, and Savage for an additional $5.
5. Handoff Dates & Times
Pickup/delivery dates and times are set upon ordering (other customers need their cookie fix too). I have multiple dates and times available to accommodate most schedules. Please put your confirmed date and time in your calendar. I would hate for you to spend money on so much deliciousness and miss out on enjoying it!
6. Order Changes
Changes to your order can be made up to 24 hours after payment is accepted. After this point, changes/requests will be considered and a small fee may apply (after 24 hours, your packaging and ingredients will already be purchased).
7. Last Minute Orders
I get it, we’re all human and have a lot going on. While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will do my best. Orders with a turnaround time of under 3 days will require a rush fee.
8. It's All Yours Now
Once the order is in your hands, I can’t be responsible for what happens next. Keep your confections away from swinging car doors, table ledges, curious pets, that one clumsy friend, etc.
9. Legal Stuff
These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection. I know it’s a boring disclaimer, but I have to say it per the law. *tips cowboy hat* *shines Sheriff badge*
